Patricia was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2016 for her extensive contribution
and services to the International humanitarian aid and development sector. Currently the Partnership Development Manager with Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), advancing 2030 UN-Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Agenda.

Matthew Briggs
Matthew is a strategic leader with 15 years+ experience across banking, retail, law, and e-commerce. He has led major transformation programs for clients including Transport for NSW, Westpac, CBA, and BHP Billiton, with a focus on governance, risk, and continuous improvement. Known for turning vision into impact, Matthew empowers teams, builds trust, and drives inclusive change. He brings strengths in crisis leadership, stakeholder engagement, and policy development, with a strong alignment to SRf’s mission of peace, sustainability, and social equity. Board Member at Girraween Athletics, he contributes expertise in crisis leadership and policy, he holds credentials from Saïd Business School, Oxford and University of Sydney.

Board Director – Finance
Joe Chuma
Joe is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years+ experience across the public and private sectors, including roles at BHP, Coca-Cola, WSP, and local and state governments. He has held key positions such as Financial Accountant, Commercial Manager, and Finance Business Partner, with a strong track record in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and commercial management.
Joe holds distinguished credentials in Accounting, Applied Accounting and Project Management from Huddersfield University, UK, Oxford Brookes University, UK, and Central Queensland University. Having worked across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Africa, and Australia, he brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership.
He is the founder of Suss X Active, a sportswear brand that supports girls and women in sport. A former St John Ambulance volunteer and parent of a neurodiverse child, Joe brings lived experience, compassion, and financial leadership to SRf’s mission of social justice, sustainability, and community empowerment.

Dr Aggarwal is a former Professor, Delhi University, Founder & President of Shanti Sahyog – a Gandhian NGO, Shanti Sahyog Centre for Nonviolence. A Gandhian scholar, she has also extended her understanding of Gandhi‘s ideology promoting his legacy of Nonviolent Conflict Resolution and vision of a World beyond War.

Dr. Mukherjee was conferred with the highest civilian award, the Padma Shri for Medicine by the President of India in 2019. A leading medical practitioner, he has been treating poor patients free of charge and runs a low-cost pathology laboratory for the past 50 years in Ranchi, Jharkhand.​

In situ, he aims to explore the intersection between the built form and its governance. Social issues allow for this liminality to occur and hence why he devotes his time to volunteering to study the intricacies of the human tapestry.​​​​
