I met Saroni through the audition process of my latest music video. Despite the fact that
I did not expect anyone to memorise their lines for a first reading, Saroni had the
initiative to take that extra step – even more so by being prepared to physically act out
the scene as well. This not only exemplified her talent, but her commitment to every
project she participates in. I knew, immediately, that I wanted to hire her for the job. Saroni contributed to a good cause was via my album launch. Though most CD’s on the night were given away for free, those that were sold had the proceeds go to the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. The simple fact that Saroni attended proves she does in fact possess more follow-through than most people, even after all is said and done. She is an incredibly genuine person with a desire to support those she believes in, and anyone should count themselves lucky to have met such a wonderful individual.

II have known Saroni as a social activist working ceaselessly to bring a positive change in many societies. I have had an opportunity to work with her on several occasions: we recently collaborated to commemorate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, at Western Sydney University, South Parramatta Campus, NSW. Saroni had been instrumental in pre-event preparations. Saroni's vast experience in the media and entertainment industry enabled the organising team to make timely stage arrangements before the arrival of overseas artistes and performers. She also made time from her busy schedule to participate in a string of meetings and offered valuable inputs to solemnise the programs. Saroni used her social media influence to reach out to the Indian diaspora for encouraging them to participate in the community events organised during the week-long celebrations in Western Sydney. Saroni worked with other community organisations to host the International Peace, Security and Development Conference, at Western Sydney University, as a prelude to the commemoration of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, on the October 5 2018. The conference had world-acclaimed academics and leaders of the Indian diaspora delivering workshops. In the Networking Event, Saroni delivered a speech entitled 'The Role of Film and Modern Media in Creating and Perpetuating Peace' and presented a video-interview with leaders of peace economics. Saroni joined the United Nat ions Association of Australia (NSW Division) Volunteer Program in September 2020. Saroni delivered an informing and inspiring presentation at our meetup that month on the Institute for Economics and Peace Positive Positive Peace Framework as part of our International Day of Peace theme.
Saroni an I have since explored several opportunities to use the Arts to engage people in the work of the United Nations and Sustainable Development Goals, which I look forward to exploring further.

Saroni used her media networks to provide contacts of local press that would carry the event coverage, and also facilitated an interview to talk about the event on Indian Link Radio. support from people who participated because they had heard about the event on radio.

Saroni is an outstanding voice actor who was sourced for an animal rights student capstone assignment titled ‘ Mia - The White Whale’ . From her deep passion for animals to her conviction and drive in sharing our vision, she was but the perfect lead voice actor. Never before had I heard such a beautiful and heartfelt voice that truly was able to play the heart strings of
anyone who’d listen. Her voice combined with our thematic, visual aesthetic and narrative execution, brought both laughter and tears to those who interacted with the work. Hence Saroni’s involvement in the project has really helped highlight the essence of the cause and the project, in
the way she was able to bring the protagonist to life; the personification of Mia the whale through expressions of happiness, curiosity, sadness, anger and despair. With Saroni undertaking this
work unpaid, it goes to show her dedication and genuity of the issues of animal rights and her vision in highlighting it. It was an incredible experience working with Saroni and I really do hope to work on more animal rights pieces with her in future.
